Garlic-Chili Chicken!

Not exactly sure why this is called Garlic-Chili Recipe because it doesnt have much spice....I guess maybe I didnt put enough red pepper.   Also the pic makes it look like a sticky sauce which is what I was in the mood for, however it was real soup-y.  Taking that into consideration, the flavor was still TERRIFIC!  I used chicken breasts instead of drums just because thats what I had.  I served it over brown rice and the sauce was a great 'spill over' onto that!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 chicken legs (2 1/2 pounds total), drumsticks/thighs (I used breasts)
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
1/4 cup sugar

Spray a glass baking dish and settle your breasts in it.

Saute garlic, stirring, until fragrant, 30 seconds. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce, red-pepper flakes, and sugar.  Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low; cook 15 minutes (liquid should be gently simmering; adjust heat if necessary).  Pour heated sauce over the chcken and back at 350 for 35 minutes.

Enjoy!!   Dani  :)
