Poppy Seed Banana Bread




















I LOOOOOVE Lemon Poppy Seed bread and I had an extra banana left over from my muffins...Hmmm, what to make, what to make.. I decided to make regular poppy seed bread and just throw in a banana! It was DELISH!!
Definitely a crowd pleaser!!

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. poppy seed
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract  ( I didnt have so I used more vanilla)
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract (Used vanilla for this also!)
(Can add 1 banana)

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves or 17 to 20 muffins.
