Garlic Parmesan Crusted Green Beans



















These are my FAMOUS, and families FAVORITE green beans!!  You have to buy them fresh in the produce section but they are WELL worth it!!  The ingredients are basic and Ive never really measured so work with me...

1-2 bags of fresh green beans
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Minced Garlic
Butter
House Seasoning

Cut off both tips of ea. green bean.
Put 1-2 tbsp. of butter in the bottom of your pan, let it melt and add your green beans.  Sprinkle them generously with minced garlic & parm cheese.  Cover them, stirring every few minutes so the bottom doesnt burn.  They will need about 20 min or so to saute and soften.  Feel free to add more garlic and parm cheese as it cooks..  it will vary depending on how many beans you're cooking!
