BBQ Chicken Pizza!

O-M-G!!  So I've NEVER ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza from delivery.  Always kinda intrigued by it, but never took the plunge.  I like everything thats on it, but wasnt sure it would fly, all together.
I told Jay that I wanted to start making a homemade pizza here and there.  The kids could help and it would just be a fun meal.  I have NO time to make my own dough, scratch that..more like no confidence...so Pillsbury IT IS!!  Did a little online research and found one that sounded wonderful!!
It was SUPER simple, SUPER fresh and PACKED with flavor. Jay LOVED it and it definitely made me a fan!!  Can't wait to try a new combination!!

Ingredients:
2-4 Chicken Breasts (depending on size)
1 small onion (sliced shoe string)
BBQ Sauce (to taste)
Mozz Cheese
Handful of chopped Cilantro

Preheat your oven to 350.  Smother your chicken in your favorite BBQ Sauce and cook for 20-30 min until done.  (Mine were kinda thin so didnt take long).
While chicken is cooking, spread your dough on a greased baking sheet and cover it with your Mozz. Cheese.  Be sure to put a nice thick layer.
When Chicken is done, dice it up and spread it evenly across your dough, ON TOP of the cheese!
Take your onion slices and spread those OVER your chicken.
Take your BBQ sauce and drizzle it over your whole pizza...(Not too much, because your chicken already has it on).
Bake your pizza for 13-16 min until the crust is golden brown.
When the pizza is done baking, remove from oven and sprinkle your fresh Cilantro all over.
Slice it up and ENJOY!!!
