Parmesan Porkchops!





















Dont you just LOVE "Accident meals"??  They are probably my most prized dishes!  No recipe, NO TIME, just a "OMG! It's dinner time and I havent even started" meal!  A total wing & a prayer! (no pun intended).
This was one of those dishes and it was a TOTAL HIT!!

Ingredients:
5 thick cut porkchops
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 packet of onion soup mix
2 tsp of complete seasoning

Combine your dry ingredients in a bowl unitl well blended.  Roll all of your chops so they are completely covered and place in baking dish.  Bake for 30 min at 350 or until your juices run clear.  (Baking time will depend on the size of your chops)

This would probably also be great on chicken.
