Roasted Chicken



















Who doesn't love a moist, tender, juicey roasted chicken?! 
I LOVE the seasoning on this!

Ingredients:
3-4lb chicken
2 T. oil
1 T. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. cumin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions: 
Preheat the oven to 350 deg.  Pat dry the chicken and place in baking dish. Combined all the ingredients in a small bowl and smear over the entire chicken.  Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.  Remove foil and bake for an additional 60-90 minutes, or until the juices run clear.
