Crock Pot Chicken Tex-Mex
















Crock pot meals are ALWAYS the best.  Simple ingredients meshed together for hours to make perfection!

4-6 chicken breasts
1-2 cans black beans
2 cups salsa/rotel
1 can corn
chopped cilantro
2 cups shredded cheese

Place chicken in the crock and cover with remaining ingredients, EXCEPT CILANTRO. I use half the cheese for the cooking and the other half when its done.  Cook on Low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.  Sprinkle cilantro and serve over rice or in burrito.
