Hot & Sweet Chicken!!

Looking for something yummy and gooey all in one?? STOP LOOKING!!!  :)  We had this last nite and I was PLEASANTLY surprised!  It was DELISH!   Did a little searching online and this picture just put me right in the mood!
Just the right amount of sweet and savory.  It was also a big hit with the fam and will DEFINITELY be going on my regular rotation :)

Ingredients:
1 cup Apricot Preserves

½ cups Ketchup
¼ cups Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
2 teaspoons Hot Pepper Sauce/Tobasco, whatever you have thats HOT
3 pounds Drumsticks ( I used 6 chicken breasts)

Preheat oven to 350F. In a small saucepan, combine preserves, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until preserves are melted.

Arrange chicken in a single layer on a 13 x 9″ baking pan. Pour sauce over, turning to coat. Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is done, spooning sauce over chicken while baking.  ** I only had to cook my chicken for 30 min, so cook time WILL vary**

I served mine with Thai Sesame Noodles which REALLY brought it all together.

Enjoy!!
Dani :)
